SHIPPING POLICY

Once the order is processed, a paid invoice will be sent by email and a shipping notification sent by the end of the shipping day, which is usually same day or next day after receiving the order. 

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground in the USA and FEDEX Ground in Canada to the address provided on the order. Any orders outside of the Continental US or Canada are not included in the $ 14.95 shipping and would need to be quoted separately.  

Note that the amount charged for shipping is not the actual cost of shipping but is all that we charge you. If delivery of the shipment is refused,  the actual delivery costs plus the return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.  The cost of shipping will vary depending on the location.

 
WARRANTY
All Volaris rollators are covered by a 2 year structural warranty.  This does not cover normal wear and tear parts such as tires, handles and brake cables.   All other warranties are one year, parts only.

 

POLICY FOR RETURNS

If, in the extremely unlikely event that the Volaris rollator is not what you hoped it would be, you may return it within 3 days without a restocking charge as long as it is returned in the same condition it was received and it must be in the original box.  (Call us if you need longer due to circumstances).  Try it in your home - you will know right away whether this is the rollator for you.  If you find that it is not what you hoped it would be, then you can return it prepaid to XLENT Care Products.  Note that the shipping costs will vary depending on where you are shipping from. 

You must contact XLENT Care Products 1-866-315-9305 to obtain the return shipping address and instructions.   You may return it using whichever courier service you prefer.

Once received in our warehouse you will be notified and after inspection a refund less the original shipping charge will be reimbursed to you if the product is returned in the same condition as it was received.  A refund transaction copy will be emailed to you.  If it is not returned in the original condition a deduction from the refund amount may be applied. 

Accessories may be returned within 30 days for a refund if unopened.  A re-stocking fee of 10% will be applied for returned accessories (there is no restocking charge for the accessories if the rollator is being returned because it is not suitable).

POLICY FOR RETURNS

The HealthBounce B Pod or the XL HealthBounce may be returned prepaid for a full refund within 20 days, if unopened. Contact us for return address instructions and authorization.
